Sandwell improvement programme - Contract value £ 1million per year
- 10No. Kitchen & bathrooms per week for Wates Living space on 2 No. separate streams. We deliver the whole package right from stripout stage to seal & clean and handover.
- Jaykey is also contracted to carry out all builders work items within the full dwelling, i.e re-plaster and decoration the complete house after full rewires, new front & rear doors etc on 2no streams. At present we are not contracted to deliver any M&E works.
- We also carry out the internal Major structural steel Alterations enlarging the existing kitchen floor area where required on all of the Wates streams.
Sideway lodge Market Drayton - £ 550,000.00
- The full internal & external specialist re-furbishment to a derelict manor hall on behalf of 8 Build Construction , protecting and refurbing the history of the hall creating living, kitchen/dining and bedroom areas. project ongoing.
Bromsgrove Capital Works - £ 60,000.00
- We are delivering 5no. Kitchen & bathrooms Inc disabled Low level shower rooms per week for Bullock Construction Ltd. Again we cover all work elements inc stripout, plastering, kitchen fit, Bathroom install , tiling, boxings, decs, flooring etc.
Hollywood scheme - £ 500,000.00
- We are currently delivery the refurbishment and fit out works to BP petrol stations around the UK for Markey Construction. It comprises the complete internal refurbishment and new wild bean cafe areas to the BP stations. Programme period ongoing.
Bromsgrove District Housing Trust - £ 100,000.00
- Garage roof replacements, void kitchen and bathroom replacements,
Go Dark Scheme - £ 200,000.00
- we are also carrying out the installation of bespoke cigarette gantries into the petrol stations designed by markey construction on a night programme basis to allow the work to be completed in closing hours of the petrol station.
ACT Office re-furbishment - £ 50,000.00
- Specialist internal office re-furb changing stairwell areas into new working floor space offices.
EWI Enabling works - £ 250,000.00
- Currently delivering 2no streams with 20no. properties per week for Wates construction. New fascia and soffitt, timber patressing, builders work and new external plumbing works to each property to allow the insulated render to be carried out.
